What is Huobi Primevote?

Huobi Primevote is a platform for HT holders to lock their tokens and vote for their favorite projects. For these projects, it’s an excellent opportunity to introduce themselves to the community.

The project token with the most votes will be listed on the Huobi exchange. The holders who voted for the winning project will share a prize pool of up to 100,000 USDT​​.

How to participate in Huobi Primevote

From Primevote #1 to Primevote #5, 1 HT equals one vote. You can use HT in your spot account to vote for your favorite projects during the voting period. But from PrimeVote #6, Huobi has released a brand-new feature called Huobi Rockets with the rate of 1 Rocket = 1 vote.

• If you vote on day T, your HT tokens will be locked until 22:59:59 (Vietnam time) of day T+2. For example, the voting period for Huobi Primevote 3 is from 15/2 to 17/2, and if you choose to vote precisely on the 15th, your HT will be locked until 22:59:59 on the 17th.
• You can vote for multiple projects, and there is no limit to the number of votes for each project.

Reward Allocation

• If the project you voted for wins, you will be eligible to share the announced total prize.
• The reward will be distributed based on the ratio of total votes. The more votes you cast, the more rewards you will receive.
• Individual voting ratio = Individual votes / Total votes received by the project * 100%
• Individual reward = Individual voting ratio * Total prize of the project
• The reward will be updated in your Spot account within seven working days after the event ends. The reward will be issued in the form of a project token.

How to help the project you voted for increase its chances of winning

In addition to voting, you can help your favorite project get more votes in two ways:

1/ Telegram:

Projects will have their own Telegram community created by Huobi. You should join this community.

On the day before the start of voting, Huobi staff will snapshot the online user count in the Telegram community at three random times. They will then select the snapshot with the highest number of online users and calculate the voting rate the project received based on the online user count. The number of votes is capped at 25,000 votes.

Therefore, the day before voting starts, you can be online, the more active you are in the Telegram group of your favorite project, the better.

2/ Twitter:

After Huobi reveals the projects that have been shortlisted, all contenders can broadcast the Huobi PrimeVote event on their official Twitter account and solicit votes. All posts must include the following hashtags: #PrimeVote and #Huobi.

The additional votes received by each project on Twitter will be determined as follows: views of the thread with the greatest page view divided by 10. This calculation will be carried out on a daily basis, and the resulting data will be logged and accumulated. Each proposal can receive up to 1,000,000 additional votes.

Therefore, you can interact with the tweets of your favorite project to help your project get more votes​¹​.

About Huobi PrimeVote #6

Huobi has released the 6th round of PrimeVote, which includes a brand-new feature called Huobi Rockets. With Rockets, you will be able to vote in PrimeVote events and have your favorite project mentioned. The project with the most votes will be eligible to list their cryptocurrency for trading on Huobi.

Voting Rules

• Snapshots of users’ Rocket quantities will be taken at 12:00 (UTC) on June 20, 2023. The results of the snapshot will determine the number of votes each participant can have for each stage of the event.
• Participants can utilize their Rockets to cast votes. 1 Rocket = 1 vote.
• Each participant can choose to vote for multiple projects, with a minimum of 1 vote per project.
• During each stage, each participant can cast a maximum of 10,000,000 votes, which includes both self-votes and followed votes.
• All projects in the Preliminary phase are divided into Group A and Group B randomly. After the voting of the Preliminary concludes, each group’s top 2 projects with the most votes will enter the Final.
• Before the start of the Final, all projects’ votes will be reset to zero. The four winning projects from the Preliminary phase will then compete in a voting showdown. After the voting of the Final concludes, the project with the most votes will be the winner in this round of PrimeVote.

Lead Voters & Followers

• Participants are free to vote for a project during the event. At the same time, a participant can choose to become either a lead voter or a follower. Once the choice is made, it can not be revoked or changed.
• Each participant is supposed to follow one lead voter only upon becoming a follower. If a participant chooses to become a follower, they can delegate their votes to the lead voter.
• Each lead voter can have multiple followers. During the voting process, the lead voter’s personal votes will be cast first, followed by the votes delegated by their followers, based on each follower’s delegation time.
• If a lead voter does not vote for the winning project, their followers will not be eligible to share the prize pool.

Rewards Rules

• Users who vote for the winning project during the Final will be eligible to share the prize pool. (All lead voters and their followers for the winning project are counted.) The winning project sponsors the prize pool for the event.
• Winners can split the prize pool based on the proportion of their votes to the total votes. The more you vote, the more you stand to win.
• Individual vote share = Number of individual votes / Number of total votes received by the project * 100%
• Individual reward = Individual vote share * Prize pool sponsored by a project
• Each reward winner can get a maximum of 50,000 USDT. If any of the winners are eligible to receive rewards exceeding the maximum limit after the initial reward calculation, the excess portion of the rewards will be recalculated based on the contributions of other winners who have not reached the limit. The revised rewards will then be distributed proportionally among the winners.
• Rewards will be credited to winners’ spot accounts within 14 working days after the end of the event. The rewards are issued in the form of tokens. The reward amount is subject to the actual amount credited to the winners’ accounts.

Extra Votes Rules

• Project candidates can gain extra votes during this event via two methods: referring friends and canvassing on Twitter.
• Participants have the opportunity to earn extra votes during both the Preliminary and Final stages. The extra votes you acquire will be displayed on the event page for 1 day after the start of each voting round.
• The calculation period for extra votes in the Preliminary stage is from the sharing period to the day before Preliminary voting. The calculation period for extra votes in the Final stage is from the sharing period to the day before Final voting.

Refer Friends

• All projects can use their Huobi accounts to make referrals and provide the account UID used for inviting new users with Huobi staff. The staff will collect referral data based on the project’s UID. Please ensure that the provided UID is accurate and free of errors.
• Each project can only use one Huobi account UID for referrals.
• Projects can log into Huobi’s official website or Huobi app and use the Referral feature to invite friends. For each valid referral, a project will receive 10,000 votes. Each project can make up to 1,000 referrals to earn additional votes.
• Valid referrals should meet the following requirements:

A. Sign up on Huobi and complete level 1 KYC verification

B. Make deposits worth ≥100 USDT and trade ≥ 100 USDT during the event.
